About the Author
Yehonatan Sraya was born in Jerusalem, in 1935, and had his first hands-on experience with acupressure under his grandmother's tutelage. He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Hebrew University and went on to study Chinese Medicine at the California College of Acupuncture. In 1993, Dr. Srays received his Ph.D. in Chinese Medicine from Newport University. He then traveled to China where he worked on causes and effects related to sleep disturbances, and was awarded a special honor for his work from the University of Beijing.
Dr. Sraya received his Rabbinic Ordination in 1999 and combines his Torah knowledge and the wisdom of the Rambam with his understanding of Chinese medicine.
