According to one of the authors' anonymous sources, former CIA director Allen Dulles was "one of the worst traitors in American history" because of his involvement in the linkage among Nazi corporations, U.S. oil interests and Saudi Arabia in the 1930s. The allegations are synthesized from interviews with some 500 former intelligence officers of various nationalities. This is a withering expose, almost unintended and beyond its basic purpose of documenting the 'secret war against the Jews', of the most unintelligent aspect of government a la Machiavel, the Intelligence factor lurking in the shadows. The problem, of course, is that the facts of unnamed 'sources' from the 'old spies' are not fully trustworthy and the whole book is no doubt plausibly deniable. The material requires cautious reading therefore because of the danger of still further disinformation. What a portrait starting with Jack Philby, Ibn Saud, and the Oil Companies, of sordid politicians and their obscure affairs, starring notably the infamous Allen Dulles! The book outstrips its theme in many ways, and while I am all ears to any case for the behind-the-scenes espionage against the Jews (the evidence is certainly convincing), the implications move beyond this question to how we are to take our politics at all, given this degree of dishonesty by all parties, up to and including Bush 41, the object it appears of Syrian blackmail. If one cannot take all the claims as established, one can certainly take the warning to beware of politicians once and for all as beyond redemption.

John Loftus and Mark Aarons don't just open a can-of-worms in this disturbing book but rather a Pandora's Box of accusations that if only partly true begs a massive reversion of our current understanding of the major political players of this century. "The Secret War Against The Jews" is divided up into three historical periods: The Age of Bigotry, 1920-1947, The Age of Greed, 1948-1973, and The Age of Stupidity, 1974- 1992. "Bigotry" examines the dawn of middle east oil development and key players Jack Philby, Ibn Saud, an the Dulles brothers. The second section, "Greed," expands the activities of these individuals in and out of the WWII. The third and last section, "Stupidity," deals with the Iran-Contra players namely V.P Bush, Bill Casey, and a host of evil characters. Perhaps a better title for this book should have been "The Secret War Against the Public," for as the authors point out we all are the Jews.

I can honestly say that for every argument a Zionist makes that claims the U.S. is secretly aiding the destruction of Israel, I can probably find a fundamentalist Muslim quote that claims just the opposite. So, what's the point? Let's look at the facts here:
- America was one of the first countries to recognize Israel as a state
- America still gives Israel a lot of money, in the sum of billions of dollars a year for foreign aid
- America assisted Israel with technological progress and defensive capabilities
Oh, and my dad, who was an officer in the Egyptian army at the time of the 1967 war, said that any claim the U.S. was aiding the Egyptians against Israel is ludicrous. In fact, the U.S. was displeased with Egypt because of Nasser's decision to get Soviet aid for the country.
So, why do you have to dig deep to find facts that U.S. officials dislike Israel, when you can easily find facts proving otherwise that are clear as night and day? That's not to say that Israel isn't helping the U.S. as well, they're always helping research advanced technology for both militaries so it's a mutually benficial relationship.
So although I have never read this book, I'm going to judge it by its cover. It's pure Zionist paranoia. Just for the record, I'm not racist, I'm not anti-semitic, I have a lot of Jewish friends. Although my Jewish friends are cool and would never start discussing this as a serious issue.

(...)First of all I have a point of disagreement about the whole concept of secret war. There is no secret war nor has there ever been a secret war. The war is open, continuous and has gone on for thousands of years. It is called anti-Semitism! It is supported by government propaganda, some schools, and even some religions. I just read the book "Genghis Khan" by Weatherford and posted a review at Amazon.com and in that book that describes things happening around mainly 1211 to 1350 AD. In that book the author notes that the Jews (amazingly) were blamed by the locals when the Khan family reached the Danube River. So it was happening then and they are still blamed and vilified. Any place where you have ignorant people you have Jews being blamed. To me it is that simple.
Now for the main parts of the book itself. The premise of the book is interesting. There are many documents and similar that are classified so one really does not know all the historical fine details - of what has gone in the past. What really happened to the body of Hitler in Berlin (?) is one story that stands out in my mind. So the authors have taken this tact and have created a book - a heavy 514 page plus another 115 pages of notes - to dissect and look at past historical incidents relating to Jews, but mainly since 1920. They have used a lot of interviews with people in the intelligence services to get the inside story as Loftus does nightly on WABC. It is a story of greed, incompetence, and hatred of Jews or indifference. They outline many instances where the intelligence services have helped or hindered Israel and the Zionist movement. It is a fine work and a fine read. It is the type of book that will kill most of a weekend with great enjoyment. It contains many fascinating side stories and comments; it is 80-90% right (my guess) and it is entertaining.

Isn't it amazing how over 20 four and five star ratings have been left for this book in the last few days? Is someone trying to use this to prove a point? Honestly, there is no limit to the number of times one person can leave a comment on this book from anywhere in the US they would like people to believe they are.
Its utter garbage and just another biased printing to try to make Christians look silly!
